Commercial Roofing Crew Member

We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals who want to learn the roofing trade and grow with our team. No roofing experience is required — if you have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and want to build a real career in the trades, we want to hear from you. You'll work alongside our foreman and experienced crew members, learning commercial roofing from the ground up while earning a paycheck. This is a ground-floor role with a real path forward — our crew members can grow into Foreman and Superintendent positions as they build skills and prove themselves.

Responsibilities

• Assist the foreman and crew with daily roofing tasks as directed

• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment

• Help prepare and clean up job sites, keeping them organized and properly stocked

• Learn roof systems, installation methods, and proper use of tools and equipment

• Follow direction from the foreman and senior crew members

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures — every time, no exceptions

Qualifications

• No experience required — we will train the right person

• Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn the trade

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work as part of a team

• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying materials, and setting up and climbing ladders

• Comfortable working at heights on commercial structures

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

Compensation

• $16–$24/hour, based on experience

We are a full-service commercial and residential roofing and construction company. We are very aggressively leading the industry in best practices and educating the consumer. We spend a lot of time, money and effort in training to better serve our clients. We have a complete office staff, residential and commercial vendors, repair and service technicians, as well as subcontractors. We serve in central Arkansas and surrounding states, working on commercial and residential projects. Our base is located in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse/offices located in North Little Rock.
