Fletchline Holdings is seeking an experienced Traveling Project Site Manager to oversee multiple active installation projects across the United States. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced industrial and construction environments and has a passion for driving project success through strong field leadership, labor optimization, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
As the Traveling Project Site Manager, you will:
- Oversee multiple active project sites simultaneously.
- Lead and coordinate field teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, labor plans, and resource forecasts.
- Identify productivity barriers and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Evaluate crew sizing and workforce deployment to maximize project performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to field supervisors and leaders.
- Manage project financial performance, timelines, staffing levels, and project risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, successfully, and on schedule.
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across assigned projects.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project or site management experience in construction, industrial, automation, or systems installation environments
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of labor productivity, workforce planning, and operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States
- Associate degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Conveyor systems or material handling experience
- Distribution center, warehouse, or automation project experience
- OSHA and construction safety knowledge
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
- PMP certification or similar project management credentials
- Experience with field observations and productivity improvement initiatives
