Reach Truck Operator / Stand-Up Forklift Operator -- $20/hr

Job Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Schedule: Full-time schedule 6 AM - 2:30 PM (Summer Months) / 7 AM - 3:30 PM

The right person must also be comfortable helping with picking, packing, loading, unloading, pallet movement, replenishment, inventory put-away, and general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must have recent reach truck or stand-up forklift experience
• Crown reach truck / Crown stand-up forklift experience is a plus
• Must be able to speak, understand, and read English
• Must be safety-focused at all times
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated
• Must be comfortable performing picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
• Must be able to load, unload, replenish, and put away pallets
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must have a good work ethic and positive attitude
• Steel-toed boots are required

Job Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck / stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
• Put away pallets and inventory in proper warehouse locations
• Pull, move, stage, and replenish product as needed
• Load and unload pallets from trucks and staging areas
• Pick and pack orders accurately
• Use RF scanner or warehouse system to confirm picks, put-away, and inventory movement
• Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures at all times
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
