We are seeking reliable and motivated Baker/ Oven Operator to join our food production team. The oven operator supervises the cooking process for our products.
- Cook kolaches according to established standards
- Maximize oven use to ensure oven is loaded to capacity and filled at all times when necessary
- Prep, load, and unload ovens
- Monitor cooking throughout the day
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and food safety guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks on products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food safety is a plus
- Food production facility (temperature may vary)
- Standing and repetitive tasks required
- Full-time / Part-time available
- Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay: $[11 - 13]/hour (based on experience) - 90-day evaluation required
