2nd Family Home Care is seeking dedicated, experienced CNAs to deliver top-tier, 1-on-1 home care. If you have a background in facility care, home health, or Alzheimer’s/Dementia care, put your skills to work in a stress-free home setting.

Your Role:

• Provide skilled personal care, ADL assistance, and range-of-motion support.
• Support clients with cognitive conditions like Dementia and Alzheimer's.
• Manage light household chores, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Report condition changes clearly to the nursing management team.

Requirements:

• NC Nurse Aide Registry License (no findings).
• 1+ years full-time direct patient care experience.
• CPR/First Aid, valid DL, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work positively with clients, families, and staff
• Ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan
