Benefits:100% paid medical for employeePaid vacationPaid holidays401K with company matchWhat We Provide: Take home company vehicle + gas card Company uniform / phone Bryant dealer training: company paid trainingHVAC Install: Commercial and residential installationsPay: $23.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday | occasional overtimeTravel: Must be able to travel | home on the weekends | Out of town projects are a 3/12 work schedule + Per DiemWhat You Will Be Doing: Installing Commercial and Residential HVAC equipmentChangeout and Remodel work and some new construction Assembling / fabricating duct work and hangingBrazing copper pipeBuilding platforms, and setting units Wiring up thermostatsProject are local and out of townWhat We Are Looking For: 2 + years' experience in commercial installationDuct Installation experienceEPA universal certificate - Desired, we train Fall and Lift Certifications - Desired, we will train Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systemsGeneral knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent / GEDValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
