In need of someone to help with general facility/building maintenance. Preferred candidate will have
- basic working knowledge of facilities plumbing, electrical, mechanical needs
- fundamental maintenance knowledge and an aptitude to troubleshoot
- physical ability to lift 100 lbs
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- flexible shifts
- a positive, contributive work ethic
- part-time, 10-15+ hours/week, but varies based on ability/flexibility
