Kelly Services is hiring a Parts Counter Sales professional for a growing distribution operation in Raleigh, NC.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience selling or supplying HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or building products who enjoys working directly with contractors, technicians, tradespeople, and walk-in customers.

What You'll Do
- Sell and provide parts, equipment, and supplies to contractors, technicians, and customers.
- Identify parts and products based on customer needs, equipment information, or application.
- Process counter, phone, and walk-in orders accurately.
- Research parts, substitutions, and product availability.
- Prepare quotes and assist with pricing.
- Pull, stage, and coordinate orders with the warehouse team.
- Process invoices, cash sales, and C.O.D. transactions.
- Check inventory availability and assist with replenishment.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers.
- Maintain accurate product and order information in the computer system.
- Keep the parts counter and displays organized and properly stocked.
- Assist with branch operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in parts counter sales, inside sales, wholesale distribution, or parts-related operations preferred.
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or building materials experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to identify parts and understand product applications.
- Comfortable working with contractors, technicians, and trade professionals.
- Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and order-entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented.
