Senior Legal Assistant – Personal Injury Litigation
Dover, NH | $35–$38/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Are you an experienced Legal Assistant or Litigation Legal Secretary looking to join a growing personal injury law firm? We are seeking a detail-oriented legal professional with hands-on experience supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Personal injury or civil litigation experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with discovery, medical records, insurance correspondence, court filings, case management, and client communication.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of legal assistant/legal secretary experience
- Personal injury or civil litigation experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting attorneys in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and case files
- Experience with discovery and medical records preferred
- Strong Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Professional client communication skills
Nice to Have
- Filevine
- NH court filing experience
- Insurance defense/claims experience
- Deposition, mediation, or trial preparation
- Experience with medical records and lien documentation
