Supplier Operations Specialist
Location: Covington KY
Shift: 8AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $27–$30/hr

About the Role:
Kelly is seeking a Supplier Operations Specialist to support our supplier management processes within a dynamic procurement environment. In this position, you will be responsible for managing supplier inquiries, processing sensitive documentation, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Inbox Management:
    • Monitor, triage, and respond promptly to supplier inquiries in the shared support inbox.
    • Categorize, prioritize, and escalate issues according to urgency and impact, ensuring alignment with service-level agreements.
  • Internal Form Processing:
    • Handle sensitive supplier documentation in compliance with privacy standards.
    • Process ACH banking updates and bulk upload activities in Coupa, ensuring accuracy and completion.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to review, validate, and execute large-scale supplier data updates.
  • Supplier Onboarding Support:
    • Update suppliers contact records to facilitate successful onboarding and portal access.
    • Review onboarding submissions, resolve issues, and coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure.
    • Liaise with suppliers, clarifying requirements and guiding them through the documentation process.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Maintain clear and accurate audit records of all actions and communications.
    • Support continuous process improvement and documentation of SOPs for supplier management.
    • Train internal users and suppliers in basic Coupa navigation, as needed.
Recommended Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills, with experience working across internal and external teams.
  • Prior experience with Coupa or similar cloud-based procurement/supplier management platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (bulk uploads, data validation, tracking).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability and proactive issue resolution.
  • Background in supplier onboarding, procurement support, or financial systems highly preferred.
