Job Title: INFINITI Training Planner
Location: Franklin, TN
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour
Working Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday

Position Overview:
INFINITI is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Training Planner to support our Training department. This position will be responsible for management reporting, executive presentations, event planning, and regional communications. The role is based primarily onsite in Franklin, TN, with a remote work option on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly executive reports and performance summaries on training programs.
  • Support management with executive-level presentations and data analysis.
  • Track training activities and maintain project status trackers; report weekly to management.
  • Coordinate and provide logistics for events at the Nissan Training Center and HQ, ensuring on-site presence during vendor activity.
  • Lead training content development review, compile team feedback, and interact with vendors.
  • Schedule, manage, and document recurring and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Facilitate bi-monthly IBEST Facilitator calls; develop agenda and keep minutes.
  • Supervise eLearning course development and review a range of training materials.
  • Maintain technical and program question logs, research answers, and report findings.
  • Serve as point of contact for IBEST Facilitators and coordinate retailer site visits as necessary.
  • Oversee vehicle fleet logistics for events.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested to drive operational improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives.

Expectations on Performance:

  • Deliver timely and accurate reports and presentations
  • Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all deliverables
  • Demonstrate professionalism and proactive communication

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (importing data, pivot tables, graphing)
  • Intermediate/Expert proficiency in PowerPoint (importing Excel data, slides design)
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter
  • Willingness to support special projects as needed
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and training operations
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; successful completion of an intermediate skills test required
  • Limited travel required
