Kelly® is hiring Machine Operator I positions for Stanley Black & Decker in Dallas, TX. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to build a career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay & Schedule1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM | $16.85/hr
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM | $17.85/hr
3rd Shift: Sunday, 5:30 PM–5:30 AM; Monday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–5:30 AM | $21.14/hr
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate production equipment
- Read blueprints, routers, and work instructions
- Use calipers and micrometers to inspect parts
- Perform safety and quality checks
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Perform finishing operations using abrasive belts and wheels
- Maintain a clean, organized 5S workspace
- Support other production areas as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and willing to learn
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and crouch throughout the shift
- Lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and 33 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
