Compensation: $22.15/hr.Shift: 3rdWhy you should apply to be a Finishing Technician:- Opportunity to work with a leading organization in the manufacturing industry

- Hands-on experience with advanced finishing and chemical operations
- Operating bead blast, centrifugal, vibratory, and buffing equipment
- Plugging and masking parts according to prints for mechanical and chemical finishing operations
- Performing weighing, measuring, and basic maintenance to maintain bath concentrations and equipment
- Conducting equipment preventive maintenance (PMs) and producing parts with zero defects
- Reading drawings, following work instructions, and supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities
- Operating wastewater handling equipment and chemical finishing operations such as Type II passivation, clear coat anodize, and hard coat anodize
- Have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in finishing and/or coating processes (preferred)
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (must have)
- Are able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Are willing to work with materials and chemicals used in manufacturing
- Can read instructions, schematics, and blueprints, and operate various production equipment
- Possess good hand/eye coordination, manual dexterity, and basic computer skills
- Can work at a bench height of 37.5" to 42", stand for up to eight hours per day, move about, bend, stoop, use hands, and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Have reliable and predictable availability for scheduled work hours and overtime
- Demonstrate the ability to function in a high-performance team environment
