Pay Rate: $24.00

- 1st Shift: 7am – 3pm
- 2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm
- 3rd Shift: 11pm – 7am
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work? Kelly is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker for a leading manufacturing site in Delaware Water Gap, PA. This is a labor-intensive opportunity requiring flexibility, commitment, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual material handling: lifting, pushing, and bending throughout your shift
- Operate a forklift (only 10% of work; position is primarily manual labor)
- Attend mandatory pre-shift meetings (arrive 10 minutes before your shift)
- Adhere to strict clock-in procedures and site safety rules
- Follow weekly schedules posted every Thursday
- Heavy industrial experience required
- Steel toe shoes required
- Must be fully cleared to start (includes passing a comprehensive drug test – including THC)
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be reliable: Tardiness or no-call/no-show (NCNS) will result in immediate dismissal
