Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime may require an earlier start time (as early as 4:00 AM).
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday: 2:30 pm - 11 pm

Owens & Minor is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our distribution team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to accuracy and safety, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll safely operate a cherry picker and other material handling equipment to retrieve products, fulfill customer orders, and prepare shipments. You'll work at heights of up to 32 feet while using required fall protection equipment.
What You'll DoSafely operate a Cherry Picker/Stock Picker and other warehouse equipment
Retrieve and pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner
Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
Move inventory to designated warehouse locations
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
Print shipping labels and packing documentation
Maintain inventory using the OMNI Warehouse Management System
Charge forklift batteries and inspect equipment as needed
Label, sort, pack, repack, and organize inventory
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Required
High school diploma or GED
Up to 3 months of warehouse experience (paid training provided)
Ability to safely operate or learn warehouse equipment
Basic math and reading skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Frequently lift up to 20 lbs
Continuously move or lift up to 10 lbs
Stand and walk throughout the shift
Bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and climb as needed
Safely work at heights up to 32 feet
Wear required fall protection equipment
Good hand-eye coordination, vision, and hearing to safely operate warehouse equipment
Indoor warehouse/distribution center
