What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
  • Loading catalyst substrates on coating machines and operating various production equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on coaters, dryers, and other machinery.
  • Packing substrates into boxes, screening parts for quality issues, and performing housekeeping tasks for your area.
  • Following work instructions, adding specified amounts of raw materials into vessels or blending tanks, and setting controls to start automatic feeds.
  • Weighing and mixing chemicals based on formula sheets, monitoring gauges and instruments, and adjusting controls to maintain proper system conditions.
  • Transferring completed products using hoses, pumps, or transfer equipment as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Possess prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or chemical plant environment (preferred but not required).
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment and can follow detailed instructions.
  • Can lift, move, and pack materials, and are able to stand for extended periods.
  • Have strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
