- Full-Time Opportunity
- Lay up composite materials on mandrels according to manufacturing plans and work instructions.
- Wrap molds with composite materials in preparation for curing and production processes.
- Verify manufacturing documentation for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the correct materials are selected and utilized according to production requirements.
- Confirm part identification tags and complete required documentation.
- Follow production schedules and established takt times.
- Communicate quality concerns, schedule issues, and discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
- Entry-level position; no prior manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn composite manufacturing and lamination processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
