Schedule:

• Flexible
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend shifts available, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office efficiency
• Meet and communicate with clients
• Answer phones
• Transcribe lawyer's dictation
• Update and maintain client files
• Type up and file legal documents and correspondence
• Monitor deadlines and calendars
