Kitchen Crew - bb.q Chicken Huntsville

Join the team at bb.q Chicken Huntsville! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen. Kitchen Crew members are cross-trained and will rotate between food preparation, cooking, and station duties to ensure smooth operations and maintain our high food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and food items according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook and fry menu items while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Rotate between prep, cooking, and other kitchen stations as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Work efficiently with the team during busy service periods.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; we are happy to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
