Surgical Power Equipment Repair Technician - Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Power Equipment Repair Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair surgical power tools, including bone saws, drills, and shavers/shaver handpieces. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience repairing surgical power equipment, with strong knowledge of motor assemblies, battery systems, gear mechanisms, and sterilization compatibility requirements. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, performing preventive maintenance, calibrating equipment to OEM specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision instrumentation are essential.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of direct experience repairing surgical power equipment (bone saws, drills, shavers)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with OEM repair standards and sterilization requirements
• Ability to read schematics and use precision test equipment
