Job Description
As a Quality Control Technician, you will inspect, test, and evaluate cell phones and gadgets to ensure they meet company standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with electronics in a fast-paced warehouse or office environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect smartphones and electronic devices for physical condition
- Test basic functionality (power, screen, buttons, cameras, speakers, ports, etc.)
- Verify device models, storage capacity, and carrier status
- Accurately grade devices based on company guidelines
- Log inspection results into internal systems
- Identify defective or damaged units and route them appropriately
- Keep workstations clean and organized
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable handling small electronics
- Ability to follow step-by-step procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily productivity goals
- Basic computer skills
