Thursday, Friday and Saturday Evenings

Personal Appearance:
Black button-down dress shirt with a collar (appropriate for tie)
Black dress slacks, no jeans or leggings
Black belt
Black non-slip shoes (tennis shoes are ok but must be all black)
Neatly groomed hair and nails

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and seat them at tables.
- Present menus and explain specials or menu items
- Take Accurate food and beverage orders
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, emphasizing special requests and restrictions
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Assist with side work, such as rolling silverware and lighting table candles
- Present bills to guests and process payments accurately
- Collaborate and assist other teammates when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practice
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to go up and down a flight of stairs as well as lift up to 25 pounds
