Whether you're a licensed journeyman ready to run your own calls, an experienced apprentice working toward your license, or someone with a year of hands-on plumbing experience looking to build a career, we want to hear from you.

We're hiring for three positions:

1. Journeyman Plumber

5+ years of experience | Active MD Journeyman License required

You'll run independent residential service and repair calls, with our Master Plumber available to support you on larger or complex jobs. This role comes with a real growth path — as you build a consistent, independent job load, your compensation grows with you.

What you'll do:

• Independently diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues — leaks, fixtures, water heaters, drain and sewer lines, general service calls
• Provide accurate on-the-spot quotes
• Take on larger installs and complex repairs as you build experience with us
• Represent the company professionally in customers' homes

What we're looking for:

• Active Maryland Journeyman Plumber license
• 5+ years of journeyman-level experience
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record
• Own basic hand tools
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus/commission potential, with room to grow into our top earning tier.

2. Apprentice Plumber

5+ years of hands-on experience | Working toward Journeyman licensure

If you've got years of real plumbing experience under your belt and are on the path to your journeyman license, this is a role built for you. You'll work alongside our licensed plumbers on a wide range of jobs, sharpening the skills and hours you need while contributing real, meaningful work from day one.

What you'll do:

• Assist licensed plumbers on service calls, repairs, and installs
• Handle increasingly independent tasks as your experience and license progress allow
• Learn our systems, customer service standards, and the higher-ticket work that comes with experience
• Keep accurate job documentation and support parts/material tracking

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
• Actively working toward (or eligible to pursue) Maryland Journeyman licensure
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, coachable, ready to take on more responsibility

Compensation: Competitive hourly/salary pay based on experience, with a clear path to journeyman-level compensation once licensed.

3. Plumbing Technician

1+ year of plumbing industry experience

New-ish to the trade but ready to build a real career? This is your entry point. You'll work directly alongside our experienced team, learning the trade hands-on while being a valued part of every job.

What you'll do:

• Support licensed plumbers and apprentices on jobs — prep, tools, materials, cleanup
• Learn diagnostic and repair fundamentals through real, on-the-job training
• Build toward apprenticeship and licensure over time
• Provide great customer service as part of the crew on every call

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in the plumbing industry (helper, laborer, or similar)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, hard-working, shows up ready every day
