Artwork Installer/Delivery Driver

Driven by the arts and enjoy working with your hands? Chicago’s largest custom picture framing service is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Artwork Installer/ Delivery Driver to join our team.

This position combines professional delivery, artwork installation, customer service, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and is comfortable navigating Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

What You’ll Do

• Safely deliver framed artwork and other finished pieces throughout the Chicagoland area.
• Load, transport, unload, and handle framed artwork with care.
• Professionally install and hang artwork in residential, commercial, and other settings.
• Determine appropriate placement and installation methods based on the space and artwork.
• Use hand and power tools, ladders, anchors, hardware, and other installation equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide a high level of service in their homes and businesses.
• Communicate clearly with management and the sales team regarding deliveries, installations, customer requests, and job-site conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle and work area.
• Work independently while also collaborating with the team when needed.

• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
• Experience driving a cargo van or larger vehicle is preferred.
• Previous experience in artwork installation, or other in-home skilled services is a plus.
• A degree in Art or Design is preferred but not required.
• Professional, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers in their homes and businesses.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to job locations outside Chicago.
• Availability for weekend work and occasional overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. The successful candidate must be able to:

• Lift, carry, and safely move framed artwork and related materials.
• Work on ladders and reach overhead when installing artwork.
• Safely load and unload artwork from a delivery vehicle.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work with hand tools throughout the workday.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
