Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Build a Career Around Your Strengths | Full-Time | In-Office | Greenville, SC
At Hammack Law Firm Personal Injury, we do more than practice law—we advocate with compassion with a company culture that prizes individual strengths and team building. We’re a strengths-based firm committed to helping our clients through their most difficult times with empathy, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of justice. Our team thrives on positivity, performance, professional growth, and accountability, and we’re looking for a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal who shares our values.
We offer an outstanding work environment for professionals who value a small, supportive office where you can do work that matters, with people who care. We are looking for “A Player” team members who are motivated to set personal and professional goals and exhibit our cultural values. We want to hire the best of the best to move us forward.
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, highly organized Pre-Litigation Paralegal with extensive experience in personal injury claims. You’ll take ownership of cases from the done treating stage through settlement—or through the decision to file suit—using your unique strengths to drive each case forward while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. No gathering of medical records! We have a team member devoted exclusively to this task. This is the role where clients feel our firm the most: you are the person they call, and the person who makes sure nothing about their claim slips.
If you are a team player, hardworking, positive, and dedicated to building up your co-workers, then this is the place for you. We are a drama-free workplace that values each team member and client. Drama kings and queens need not apply. But if you think you have what it takes to contribute to a great team, we would love to hear from you.
