Apartment maintenance:
Knowledge of general maintenance
fulfilling work orders for maintenance issue request
Installing ceiling fans, occasionally flooring install, etc
Repairing empty unit issues on vacancies
Plumbing problems
Knowledge of basic electric
Basic A/C's
Ability to lift and move heavy objects. (flooring, appliances, A/C's, etc)
Shoveling snow
And other assignments as needed.
Apartment property needs a full time maintenance person experience in plumbing, heating, simple electric.
Salary depends on abilities. Apply in person.
