Guest Experience Host

People come to iSMASH for the activities, but they come back because of the experience. You'll help turn great moments into lasting memories.

Every day is different. One group might be celebrating a birthday. The next could be on a date night, a team outing, or just blowing off steam after a tough week. Your job is to make every guest feel welcome, safe, and excited to be here.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a smile and make them feel at home

• Host birthday parties and group events with energy and enthusiasm

• Help guests choose activities, upgrades, memberships, and party options

• Explain activities and keep groups engaged and excited

• Handle check-ins, payments, and customer questions

• Help solve problems and turn challenging moments into positive experiences

• Reset and restock so every group walks into a space that feels fresh and ready

• Jump in wherever the team needs you

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable speaking to groups of kids and adults

• Calm and friendly whether the place is packed or quiet

• You notice the little things that can make someone's day better

• You show up because your team is counting on you

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older

• Available to work opening shifts and weekends

• Able to stay on your feet and active throughout your shift

• Comfortable with basic math and a point-of-sale system

Pay & Perks

• $15.50-$17.50/hour
