**Job Description:**
We are seeking dedicated, licensed massage therapists to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule while working in a supportive and positive environment. Our studio offers a diverse range of clients, providing opportunities for therapists to utilize their unique skills and specialties.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide a variety of massage therapy techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages.
- Customize massage treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance your practice.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid Arkansas state massage therapy license.
- Strong understanding of different massage modalities and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule.
- Professional liability insurance (required).
