Ice Cream Crew & Guest Service Team Member

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking team members to join our Baskin-Robbins crew.

This is a hands-on customer service role that includes serving ice cream, preparing desserts, operating the register, keeping the store and bathroom clean and stocked, and helping with daily store operations in a fun and fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who has food-service experience, communicates well, follows directions, and stays productive throughout the shift. Training on Baskin-Robbins products and store procedures is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Scoop ice cream and prepare shakes, sundaes, fresh packs, cones, and other treats.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Help customers with menu selections and cake orders.
• Restock products and supplies throughout the shift.
• Maintain clean counters, equipment, dipping cabinets, customer areas, workstations, and bathroom.
• Complete dishes, sanitation, opening, and closing duties.
• Assist with basic cake preparation, writing, and organization.
• Follow food-safety procedures and directions from shift leaders and management.
• Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, stocking, and preparing for upcoming business.

Qualifications

• Previous food-service experience.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible with scheduled shifts.
• Able to follow instructions and accept coaching.
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing, scooping, cleaning, washing dishes, restocking, and cleaning the bathroom throughout a shift.

Qualities we are looking for:

People who take pride in their work, learn quickly, work independently with minimal instructions, detail oriented, driven, great listeners, can handle difficult guest with a smile, can accept constructive feedback, honest, reliable, and a great team player. Must be at least 18 years or older.

Schedule

Evening, closing, and weekend availability is preferred.
