B2B Lead Generation Representative - Uncapped Bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation: Hourly+ Appointment & Performance Bonuses ($28.00-$35.00 per Hour All In)

About the Position

We are looking for motivated, confident, and competitive Appointment Setters to join our growing Electronic Payments Division.

Your job is simple: connect with business owners, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team.

You will be contacting businesses to introduce our electronic payment and merchant services solutions and determine whether they may benefit from a review of their current credit card processing costs.

You do NOT need to close the sale. Your primary responsibility is to generate quality appointments for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
• Introduce our Electronic Payments / Merchant Services solutions
• Ask qualifying questions about their current payment processing
• Identify businesses that may be overpaying on processing fees
• Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales representatives
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate notes and activity in our CRM
• Consistently meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
• Work closely with managers and outside sales representatives

Previous sales, appointment-setting, telemarketing, collections, customer service, or call center experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with the right personality and work ethic.

Compensation & Bonuses

Base pay PLUS performance incentives.

In addition to your hourly pay, our appointment setters can earn bonuses based on appointment production and show rates.

The more qualified appointments you generate, the more you can earn.
