Guest Services Associate

The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to spa and salon guests. Working within a team and reporting to the Guest Services Manager, this position focuses on ensuring proficient check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and providing assistance with customer inquiries. The associate also actively engages in upselling services and products to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle reservation management to optimize scheduling
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Promote and upsell spa and salon services to guests

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a small team
• Strong time management abilities
• Experience with Meevo software
