Kitchen Team Member

Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Kitchen Team Member, where you'll play a vital role in preparing delicious flatbreads, tapas, charcuterie boards and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Working closely with a small team of 2-5 members, you will support our kitchen operations during evening and weekend shifts, reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager. This position offers a hands-on environment for those passionate about food service, collaboration, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, including crafting flatbreads & tapas with attention to quality
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to health and safety standards in food handling and kitchen practices

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food service environments
• Knowledge of food handling best practices
• Strong customer service skills
• Understanding of sanitation and hygiene requirements
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Good time management and communication skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards
