Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking a dependable Behavioral Health Caregiver to support adults receiving behavioral health services.

This is a hands-on role that includes assisting members with daily living needs, meal preparation, cleaning, transportation, medication support, documentation, appointments, and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and help maintain a clean living environment.
• Transport members to appointments and approved activities.
• Assist with medication self-administration according to established procedures.
• Complete required documentation, including progress notes, medication records, ADLs, and incident reports.
• Monitor changes in behavior, mental health symptoms, or physical condition and report concerns.
• Follow treatment plans and support members with identified goals.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral or medical emergencies.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and member dignity.

We are looking for someone dependable, patient, observant, and comfortable working directly with individuals with mental health or substance use needs.
