About the Job:
Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center is a brand new, state-of-the-art, private dental office and is currently seeking a full-time to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the dentist during various procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry treatments.
  • Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Take and develop dental X-rays and utilize 3D scanners for diagnostic purposes.
  • Manage patient records using EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Record vital signs and medical history accurately prior to procedures.
  • Maintain infection control standards through proper aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures.
  • Provide chairside assistance with dental terminology and medical documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and assisting with billing or coding as needed.
  • Ensure the clinic environment adheres to safety protocols and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications
  • Active Florida RDA license required
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general or surgical dentistry
  • Proficient with digital charting and dental software
  • Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards
  • Exceptional communication and patient care skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
