Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $42-$50, based on experience and qualifications.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will work independently and as part of our team to complete a variety of plumbing projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Install plumbing systems in residential new construction homes
• Complete residential remodels and plumbing installations
• Perform light commercial build-outs and remodels
• Read blueprints, plans, and specification sheets
• Lead projects from rough-in through final inspection
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and inspectors
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and company standards

A service-focused position may also be available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work.

Preferred qualifications:

• Omaha Journeyman Plumber license
• Experience in residential new construction and remodeling
• Ability to read blueprints and specification sheets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical job duties
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
