We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at Elkader Care Center as Assisted Living Universal Worker Aide. This position offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents and provide essential care and support in a warm and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with medication management
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities
