Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take x-rays
• Provide patients with compassion and care during procedures
• Electronic charting
• Take alginate impressions and pour-up models
• Use scanner for fabrication of mouth guards
• Sterilize instruments

• Maintain a fast paced schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
• X-ray and coronal polish certification is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization methods
