What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential irrigation systems throughout the Sioux Falls area.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing sprinkler and irrigation system problems
- Repairing valves, heads, piping, wiring, and controllers
- Programming irrigation controllers
- Performing spring start-ups and fall winterizations
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements and water conservation
- Clearly explaining repairs and recommendations to homeowners
- Documenting work using our mobile software
- Maintaining an organized service vehicle
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with holiday lighting and snow operations during the off-season
Our goal isn't to perform temporary fixes.
We solve problems correctly the first time.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for professionals who take ownership of their work.
Required- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Two or more years of irrigation or sprinkler repair experience
- Experience troubleshooting residential irrigation systems
- Controller programming experience
- Backflow knowledge
- Experience operating trenching equipment or compact equipment
