Responsibilities
  • Install residential heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
  • Install ductwork, line sets, thermostats, and ventilation components.
  • Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
  • Test systems for proper operation and explain system basics to homeowners.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience installing residential HVAC systems preferred.
  • EPA Certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
