Key Responsibilities

• Assemble purchased and manufactured components according to company specifications.
• Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble finished products.
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and production schedules.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Enter production and job-related information into the company computer system.
• Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Comfort using computers for data entry and production tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred

• Agricultural background or basic agricultural knowledge.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment and production machinery.
