About the Role:
Casa Orinda is looking for a friendly and reliable Valet to join our team in the heart of Orinda, CA! This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where you'll be the first and last impression for our valued guests — making every visit memorable from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a professional, courteous valet experience
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage vehicle keys and maintain an organized ticketing system
• Monitor and direct traffic flow in the valet area to ensure safety
• Assist guests with special needs, including opening doors and helping with belongings
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the valet staging area
• Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Previous valet, parking, or customer service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time
• Positive, guest-first attitude with a team-player mentality
