Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment
• Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements
• Assemble Cat's Eye products according to provided instructions and specifications
• Inspect all assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment
• Occasional overhead work and frequent neck flexion and extension

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical
