The compensation range for this opportunity is $120,000 - $160,000 DOE, along with a profit-sharing program that allows employees to directly participate in the company's continued success.

What You'll Be Doing
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small IT team
• Oversee daily IT operations and service delivery
• Manage infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user technology
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and risk mitigation efforts
• Drive technology improvements and operational efficiencies

What We're Looking For
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience
• Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Strong background in systems administration and infrastructure support
• Experience supporting networks, servers, and enterprise technology environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Exposure to automation, scripting, or process improvement initiatives
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and technical priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments preferred
