Bookkeeper

Garden State Home Exteriors is one of Northern New Jersey's fastest-growing exterior remodeling companies, proudly serving Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Union Counties. We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for field labor crews
• Calculate and process commission payroll for sales representatives
• Maintain accurate financial records using bookkeeping software
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Organize financial documents and reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end bookkeeping tasks
• Work closely with management to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience required
• Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
