Cleaning Professional-Sanford, FL

Part-time FLEX cleaning role for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can manage a rotating schedule and take pride in quality work. Ideal for someone seeking structured, clear written instructions and flexible hours with growth potential.

Requirements consist of being able to empty, lift and throw trash into dumpsters, push trash can on wheels, sanitize surfaces and touch points, sinks and toilets and urinals, clean glass windows & mirrors with glass cleaner, possibly use a step ladder, vacuum using a backpack vacuum, mop floors and use a mop bucket on wheels, restock papers in dispensers, replace air fresheners as needed and follow a checklist to complete assigned task.

Schedule requirements

Early morning: 5:00AM-9:00AM -2-3 hours -Any day of the week.

Evening: 4:00PM-10:30PM- typically 2-4 hours - Monday- Friday (every day not guaranteed.)

Open availability within these windows is required.

Schedule could rotate weekly and may vary.

Average hours 20-25 per week

30–60-day performance review

90-day review with opportunity for pay increase

Must live in or near Sanford, FL

Reliable transportation

Valid driver license

Clean background required
