Job Description
Key Responsibilities
%CF; Providing therapeutic massage services in accordance with Colorado DORA regulations, clinic policies, and applicable professional standards.
%CF; Conducting patient intakes and soft-tissue assessments to support individualized treatment plans and/or rehabilitation goals.
%CF; Applying appropriate, evidence-informed massage techniques to assist with injury recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, pain management, and functional mobility.
%CF; Communicating professionally with Physical Therapists and other clinical staff regarding patient progress, responses to treatment, and relevant clinical observations.
%CF; Educating patients on recommended self-care practices, including stretching, posture awareness, hydration, and recovery strategies, as appropriate.
%CF; Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in accordance with medical sanitation, infection-control, and workplace safety standards.
%CF; Adhering to professional boundaries, patient confidentiality requirements (HIPAA), and ethical obligations at all times
%CF; Recognizing contraindications or changes in patient condition and promptly modifying treatment and/or notifying the Physical Therapist as appropriate
%CF; Maintaining an active Colorado Massage Therapy license, current CPR/First Aid certification, and completion of required continuing education in future as per the state requirements. You may also be assigned additional duties that support the daily operations and long-term goals of the clinic.
