PROJECT TECHNICIAN

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Project Technician. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. Our Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour and is based on your work experience and skills.

The Project Technician supports property maintenance and improvement through skilled construction, landscaping, and irrigation tasks. This role involves hands-on work to ensure buildings and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The technician manages repairs, plant care, and irrigation systems while adhering to safety standards in various environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform building repairs and property updates
• Maintain landscaping and outdoor grounds
• Care for plants and irrigation systems
• Install, inspect, and repair sprinkler and watering systems
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Handle equipment and perform physical labor tasks
• Work in varied weather and terrain conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ year's experience in general construction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general construction, landscaping, and irrigation systems
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and physical stamina
• Safety awareness in diverse working environments
