Marathon Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join a Pallet Assembly Line at a leading lumber manufacturing company in Adairsville, GA. If you're looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a long-term, temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay, production bonuses, and advancement opportunities. Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.

• 1st Shift 7:00am-5:30pm

• Monday–Friday some Saturday 40–50 hours per week

• Starting at $18 per hour

• Assemble pallets according to quality and production standards.

• Operate nail guns, pneumatic tools, and other hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Inspect and stack completed pallets.

• Label, band, or wrap finished products as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards.

• Comfortable using hand tools and pneumatic equipment.

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• A plus if you have a background in construction or similar industry.
