Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file initial petitions in personal injury litigation cases
• Manage service of process and delivery of all citations
• Draft and complete discovery requests and responses
• Maintain and coordinate case calendars, including scheduling depositions and mediations
• Provide comprehensive trial preparation support
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and court personnel

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of 100+ litigation files is strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with Neos Case Management Software is a plus
• Familiarity with both State and Federal court procedures is a plus
