Plaintiff's Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
Plaintiff’s litigation firm seeking a motivated Paralegal with 1–5 years of experience in Personal Injury litigation, preferably with exposure to Elder Abuse, Nursing Home Abuse, and Assisted Living Facility cases.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants meaningful, high-impact litigation work in a growing niche practice area advocating for vulnerable seniors and injured clients.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Assist with case management from intake through trial
- Coordinate medical records and document review
- Communicate with clients, experts, and providers
- Prepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials
- Calendaring and litigation deadline management
Qualifications
- 1–5 years litigation paralegal experience
- Personal Injury experience required
- Nursing Home / Assisted Living Abuse experience preferred
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Familiarity with California litigation procedures and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
